A New House in an Old Shell
This project was ‘a new house in an old shell’ including to demolish the rear extension, completely gut, alter and refurbish the original dwelling and to build a new rear extension for the kitchen, dining and garden rooms. Our role was the overall management of the project.

Electrical Work
New Bathroom
This work was the conversion of a large landing area into a period bathroom. Our role was the installation of the electrics including underfloor heating, Wall and ceiling lights, electric towel rails and extractor fan. We also installed the chandelier (candles not electric) on a manual winch so this can be lowered for cleaning.
Somerset
This work was to carry out a full Electrical Installation Condition Report and then bring the installation up to date.
